Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before sending any items back to us.
Return conditions
All items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount โ items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.
How to request a return
Before sending any items back to us, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or where tamper-resistant seals or packaging have been broken. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
