Are your products genuine?
Yes, absolutely. Every product sold on Huxley London is 100% authentic. We are committed to selling only genuine products and take the quality and authenticity of everything we stock very seriously. If you ever have a concern about a product you have received, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Why are some products labelled "travel exclusive" or "duty-free exclusive"?
Some of the products we carry are specially produced for travel retail and duty-free channels. These are genuine, brand-manufactured products — often available in larger sizes or exclusive formats not found on the high street. They are produced by the same brands to the same standards, just distributed through a different retail channel.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add the products you'd like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
Is it safe to shop on Huxley London?

Delivery & shipping
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry if this has happened. Please contact us via our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and processed your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Products & stock
Do you restock sold-out products?
We do our best to restock popular items. If a product you want is out of stock, check back regularly or sign up to our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals and restocks.
The product I received looks slightly different from the image — is this normal?
Brands occasionally update their packaging without changing the formula. If your product looks slightly different from the image on our site, this is likely due to a packaging refresh by the brand. The product inside is the same. If you are concerned, please contact us.
